Error message: "Cannot load craxdrt9.dll'

The Crystal Reports library is required by Food Processor to build ReportPLUS reports (those with the blue notebook icon). The error message indicates that the DLL didn't install when you installed Food Processor or it needs to be reinstalled. 

1. Exit Food Processor.

2. Locate the installer file ("CrystalReports.msi") in the installation directory (where Food Processor itself is installed). 
   The default installation folder is: C:\Program Files (x86)\Esha Research\FoodProSQL\

3. Double-click on this file to run the installer, and follow the prompts on the wizard.

4. Launch Food Processor again and check to see if you can view the report.
