1. Run the following commands from the command prompt to completely uninstall Nova PDF. This code assumes you are using the default installation folder for Food Processor. If your installation is in another directory or drive, change the lines accordingly.
msiexec /x "C:\Program Files (x86)\Esha Research\FoodProSQL\NovaPDF\novaPDF8SDK(x64).msi"
msiexec /x "C:\Program Files (x86)\Esha Research\FoodProSQL\NovaPDF\novaPDF8SDK(x86).msi"
msiexec /x "C:\Program Files (x86)\Esha Research\FoodProSQL\NovaPDF\novaPDF8COM(x86).msi"
msiexec /x "C:\Program Files (x86)\Esha Research\FoodProSQL\NovaPDF\novaPDF8PrinterDriver(x64).msi"
msiexec /x "C:\Program Files (x86)\Esha Research\FoodProSQL\NovaPDF\novaPDF8PrinterDriver(x86).msi"
2. Reinstall. Run only these files in this order:
"C:\Program Files (x86)\Esha Research\FoodProSQL\NovaPDF\novaPDF8PrinterDriver(x64).msi"
"C:\Program Files (x86)\Esha Research\FoodProSQL\NovaPDF\novaPDF8COM(x86).msi"
"C:\Program Files (x86)\Esha Research\FoodProSQL\NovaPDF\novaPDF8SDK(x64).msi"
3. Check your Printers or Devices and Printers and make sure you see the "FoodPro PDF Printer" listed. If it is there you should be able to use Print to PDF function.
