We have seen some issues with high-resolution displays when running the cloud version of the program.
- Close out and log out of all cloud sessions.
- Set scaling to 100% (right-click on your desktop and choose Display Settings or Settings and select 100% if not already selected.)
- Set resolution to 1920 x 1080 or something similar (on same settings screen)
- Try running the program again, if still an error, close out again and follow the additional step below.
Additional Step (if necessary):
There are 2 aspects that need to be in place to address this:
- Save the attached mstc.exe.manifest file in the C:\Windows\System32\ folder on your local computer.
- Right-click and Save the manifest.reg file to your computer. After the download, run this file to update the registry.
