Database doesn't show version number in Database Utility

If you cannot update the database or backup the database and your Database (eshadata) doesn't have a version number after it  

You need to provide permission to users accessing the database. This will need to be done from a user that permission or in a single user mode (for Advanced users only, contact ESHA Support for assistance.)
