Back up your Database with SQL Server Management Studio

NOTE: This applies to on-premises installations only.  If you access Food Processor in ESHA Cloud, the database is backed up regularly.

1. Open SQL Management Studio.
2. Connect to Database Instance.
3. Expand Databases and find your Database (typically 'eshadata' for Food Processor).
4. Right-click on this Database >Tasks > Backup.
   
5. Click Add next to Destination.
6. Under File Name Select the location (and Name) to which you want to save the Backup.
7. Click Ok (twice).
8. Should give you a message saying it backup successfully.
