How can I search for gluten-free Ingredients for my Recipe?

You can include "gluten free" among the words in your search terms to find some items in the database. The results will be foods which specifically have "gluten free" in its name.  Typically, this will include foods of a gluten free version that would typically replace items that commonly contain gluten, like breads, pastas, etc.

You can also peform a Group Search and filter by the Gluten Free Characteristic.  This is done in the Advanced search.

1. Click the Advanced Search button.
2. This is optional if you wish to also filter by food type / name: Enter the item your searching for (example: bread) in the name field.
3. Select Characteristics>Gluten Free.
4. Click OK.
5. Click Search.
