Within your organization, if you have a shared license of Food Processor (installed on a company network or shared Cloud access), then others will be able to see ingredients or other records you have added unless you use ESHA Security to control access.
Food Processor users outside of your organization or on a different license will not automatically be able to see ingredients or other records you have added. You may, however, export .exl (ESHA) files that can be opened by other ESHA software programs.
If you submit nutrient data to ESHA for inclusion in the ESHA database, either an individual ingredient or a product or recipe, all users of ESHA software will be able to see the nutrient breakdown of that ingredient, recipe, or product. They will not, however, be able to see the ingredient breakdown for products or recipes.
