This process will bulk export your existing data within the application for import into another installation of the ESHA software. This can include all user-added data, or a subset filtered by Type and/or by Group(s).
Export Records
- Close all open records in the program.
- Navigate to the Database Tab and select Export All.
- This dialog will open. From here, you can select all records, or filter the output by type or Groups.
- Click OK. This can take a while if you have a lot of data, but the software will automatically detect the size of the export and suggest the number of files to split the export into (1-24 files). We recommend using that suggestion, if not split into more files (smaller individual files).
Note: You will choose where you want to export the files. We suggest that you create a folder to store the files in if more than one file will be created during the export.
